DOKI Office is a modern office and retail space with an industrial character, located right next to the European Centre of Solidarity. The complex has been designed with the highest attention to detail and due respect to its historical surroundings. The two five and seven-storey buildings will offer nearly 38,000 sq. m of comfortable lease space which has been designed taking into account the principles of sustainable development, in accordance with LEED v4 certification guidelines, guaranteeing the highest quality and environmental standards, and with care of the impact of working space on the health and wellbeing of employees.

Not only building users will have access to several creature comforts that we will be implementing for their convenience, including a woonerf (living street),city squares, apiaries and green terraces on the roofs where all users will be able to take a break and enjoy magnificent views of the city.

DOKI Office are part of the DOKI project carried out in cooperation with Euro Styl. The investment, thanks to its significant scale and multi-functionality, will have the character of a small district with diversified buildings. DOKI will provide an office function in the DOKI Office part, residential and service facilities in DOKI Living and hotel.

That is why green city squares with rich bicycle infrastructure and numerous commercial units will be implemented within the area of the investment. Pedestrians and cyclists (woonerf, promenade) will have the priority of traffic, and the roofs of the office buildings will turn into green terraces with the view of the city of Gdańsk.
